Luna Nutri is an AI-powered nutrition tracking and meal planning application that provides:

• Personalized daily calorie and macronutrient targets

• AI-powered meal photo analysis

• Custom recipe generation based on dietary preferences

• Progress tracking (weight, photos, measurements)

• Community features (posts, comments, rankings)

• Fasting timer and tracking

• Weekly meal planning

Premium features require a paid subscription.

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

• Promote eating disorders or unhealthy behaviors

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (meals, photos, posts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content to provide the Service.

5.2 Our Content

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by Andrei Canta and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Recipes and recommendations generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying their accuracy and suitability for your needs.

6.1 Subscription Plans

Premium features require a paid subscription. Current plans:

• Monthly: €9.99/month

• Annual: €79.99/year

6.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No refunds for partial months or unused portions

• Free trial cancellations must occur before the trial period ends

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period.

Emergency: If you experience a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

Our AI-powered features have important limitations:

Accuracy Limitations:

• AI meal analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies

• Nutritional estimates are approximations, not precise measurements

• The AI may misidentify foods or ingredients

• Portion size estimates may be incorrect

• AI-generated recipes should be reviewed for dietary suitability

Health and Safety:

• The AI cannot detect allergens with certainty

• The AI cannot account for all individual health conditions

• The AI cannot replace professional nutritional assessment

• You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated information

No Warranties:

• We do NOT warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content

• We do NOT guarantee AI availability or performance

• AI features may be modified or discontinued without notice

By using AI features, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use the information at your own risk.

When using community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive

• Share content appropriate for all audiences

• Not promote harmful behaviors or eating disorders

• Respect others' privacy

• Report inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these guidelines.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We are NOT liable for any damages arising from use of the Service

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

• We are NOT responsible for third-party services or content

• We are NOT liable for data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andrei Canta, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of others

• Content you submit to the Service

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in France, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
